Service Description

In this challenging total body Pilates-based strengthening class, participants will learn how to isolate the core abdominal muscles and integrate them into complex exercises. This class is safe for clients with diastasis recti and utilizes the Tupler Technique to promote closure of abdominal separation. This class is perfect for anyone recovering from childbirth, dealing with pelvic or spine issues, or for the advanced student who wants to take their core strengthening to a deeper level.
