Service Description
This is the ultimate prenatal/postpartum fitness program. In this small group Pilates-style strengthening class, clients will learn the fundamental exercises to feel great during and after pregnancy. Clients will stay fit during pregnancy, learn strategies to manage pain, prepare for labor and delivery, and learn rehab skills for postpartum. This intimate class is safe for clients with diastasis recti and utilizes the Tupler Technique to promote prevention and closure of abdominal separation. This class is appropriate for clients at any point during the pregnancy and is ideal for postpartum clients in the first 6 months.
